Every Enagic machine comes with a 5-year manufacturer warranty from Enagic International covering defects in materials and workmanship.
What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the electrolysis unit
- Platinum-coated titanium plate failures
- Internal component malfunctions (pump, transformer, circuit board)
- Display and control panel defects
- Water leakage from manufacturing defects
What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage from drops or improper handling
- Water damage from flooding
- Damage from non-Enagic filters or cleaning agents
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with issue description
- Provide your serial number (back/bottom of machine)
- Include proof of purchase
- Attach photos or video of the issue
We assess claims within 48 hours and guide you through resolution.
Maintenance Tips
- Replace water filter every 6 months or 6,000 liters
- Run cleaning cartridge cycle as prompted
- Use only genuine Enagic filters and products
- Keep machine in clean, dry location
